The Board of Directors and staff of Bold Solutions are committed to building a strong and sustainable future direction and contribute to culturally relevant and equitable practices that will help youth and families to adopt behaviors that will lead to a healthy and safe family life.

1. Continue to build, apply, and promote creative adaptations of evidence-based programs to enhance an individual's motivation for positive change as well as provide clear pathways for the prevention of negative behaviors and modification of identified problem behaviors.

1. Continue to build upon and expand the theoretical and practical knowledge and capacity of the organization to offer culturally responsive and equitable services.

2. Strengthen and promote training events related to evidence-based culturally relevant and equitable practices for which the organization has practical experience and expertise.

3. Strengthen long-term sustainability through effective financial management and fundraising.

4. Focus on minority youth to decrease involvement with the justice system and increase their ability to stay in school and build a career and healthy life.
